CamverTech specialises in off the shelf (OTS) and custom memories.

Off the Shelf we have SRAM for TSMC40ULP and ST28FDSOI. Both these sets of compilers have very low power and leakage.

We have experience of developing the following custom memories on technology nodes from .35u to 28nm bulk:

• Dual port SRAM
• 2Port SRAM
• Single port register file SRAM
• Dual port register file SRAM
• Content Addressable Memory (CAM)
• Multi port memory
